Hatchett Events, LLC is a boutique event planning and design firm committed to creating personalized experiences for our clients. Our philosophy is simple... We focus on the details and strive to "plan to impress"!
Traci L. Hatchett is co-owner, lead event planner, and designer at Hatchett Events, LLC, leveraging more than twenty years of corporate project management experience in Fortune 500 companies. Driven by her passion for planning and creativity, she partnered with her husband David to found Hatchett Events, LLC in 2013.
Traci began her professional career after college as an administrative assistant, where she was responsible for organizing numerous meetings and conferences for a renowned non-profit organization. This experience eventually led her to transition into project management. Despite moving into project management, Traci continues to offer administrative support within the business.
Over the years, she has coordinated and supervised more than 200 events, ranging from weddings and baby showers to corporate meetings, conferences, and themed gatherings.
Hatchett Events, LLC was established on the principle that each event should be a remarkable affair. Our mission is to craft distinctive and inventive events that surpass our clients' expectations and make a lasting impression.

From the planning to the save the dates/invitations, decorations, set up and vendor selections and much more. Everything was done to perfection.
